Wildcrafted Fermentation Vessel
It’s kind of an all-purpose fermentation vessel which can be used to make alcoholic ferments or vinegar. You can also use it to store wild grains or dehydrating goods. Great as a decorative vessel too.
Beautiful texture created by the unprocessed wild clay. Homemade white glaze inside and transparent glaze outside.
Wild clay from Southern California (Valyermo). The collected clay is reduced into powder using my stone grinder (Molcajete) then water is added to reach the right consistency and make the clay workable.
