Mountain teapot and cups

Beautiful glazes made from foraged rocks – representation of the local mountains. This smallish teapot is great for making wild mint or pine needles tea.

Mixed techniques - Wheel, hand build and stones tools.

Glazes made with Mojave desert chalk  and local rocks. All ground by hand using my molcajete (stone grinder). Glazes ingredients is mixed with local water, mugwort beer vinegar and xantham gum to make it easier to apply with a brush.

Handle made with recycled black oak deadwood and old wires found in the desert.

Clay is a mix of mountain dirt (Valyermo) and locally mined clay. Both the teapot and cups are food safe.

Shipping Information: I use USPS Priority mail for shipping within the US and USPS Priority International mail for international customers. Packages go out three to seven business days from the day of purchase.
 
Priority mail takes two to five days to deliver in the US. International orders may take much longer to arrive.
 
Refunds will be offered if the item is damaged during shipment. Send me and email and photos clearly indicating the extent of damage to the box, packing materials, and item.
 
Either a full refund, exchange, or store credit in the same amount will be made.
