Open Fermentation Vessel
This one is rather large compared to my other pottery work. The design is quite simple and can be used to make alcoholic fermentation or making vinegar. I do both and I’m using it right now for making prickly pears vinegar.
But it can also be used for decoration, as a vase and so on. It is food safe.
