Vinegar Making Vessel

I have a lot of various wines and beers fermenting right now, I need more vinegar making vessels in the near future. This vessel is large enough for 1/2 gallon (2 liters).

Mixed techniques - Wheel, Hand build with stones tools.

Glaze made with Mojave desert chalk ground by hand using my molcajete (stone grinder). Chalk is mixed with local water, mugwort beer vinegar and xantham gum to make it easier to apply with a brush.

Handle made with yucca and Colorado milkweed fibers.

Clay is a mix of mountain dirt (Valyermo) and commercial clay.
